Returns

If you are not entirely happy with your items you may return them to us. You must notify us within 48 hours of receipt of your item and we will be happy to offer you a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect unused condition and in the original packaging. Return of an item is at your own cost unless the item is faulty.

If you are returning the items because you ordered them in error or have changed your mind you will need to cover the postage charge. We recommend using a tracked courier to ensure they arrive promptly and securely at our warehouse at 1 Beckwith Hall Drive, York YO19 6SY.

Once received, goods will be inspected and your refund processed within 14 working days.  If an item is bought as a bouquet, the full bouquet must be returned to receive a refund, partial refunds are not offered. Returns will not be made if this process is not followed.

If you believe an item to be faulty, please contact our customer services team on rebelrosesinfo@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt of your item including a photograph of the fault.   Do not use the artificial flowers or plants – we will not accept them if they have been used or smell of food or smoke.

Repackage the item(s) in their original packaging.

Bespoke items

We are not able to accept returns for bespoke or made to order items.
